ARE BLACK AMERICANS SECOND CLASS CITIZENS?
Has anyone else notice its almost a daily occurane with some sort of conflict between black americans and the police department. Isn't the United States one of the leading developed countries in the world? Yet still their descrimination rears it ugly head.It seems like black americans are second class citizens in their country of birth.

Unfortunately the stigma from slavery days would never be erased from people minds. If after soo many years people still deem us that class. It may never change. Smh!
